In the spring of 2005, my wife and I had chosen to build a home in the South Pointe neighborhood of Naperville. The home was nearly completed and our existing home in Plainfield had been on the market for several months; listed with another realtor. We met Eva at an open house after noticing that sellers whose homes they had listed, tended to sell quickly. I asked Eva to stop by and assess our situation, and she agreed. After considering her suggestions we choose to replace our listing agent and hire Eva.
Our home was not all that unique, however we were in a neighborhood were homes were still being built, and our home was a bit over-improved. Eva pointed out a few things that needed to be done in order to properly show the home, and maximize its marketability. Once these things were completed, we put the home back on the market. The result of their outstanding efforts with our home paid off. We sold in six weeks at the highest price of any resale in that neighborhood, ever.
